Start Living Your Tantric Life…

Tantra, directly translated means ‘weaving’, two parts weaving into one another, entering into relationship. Through a Tantric practice we learn to become truly present to this weaving through our relationships with each other, with ourselves, with our intimate partner, and with the divine.

We have been handed a broken model of how to relate to one another. Leaving many of us feeling, lonely, isolated or simply craving a deeper connection that we know is possible and don’t know how to get there.

Unfortunately, at this moment in history, due to our severe disconnect, we have literally lost our sense of what is even possible in life and relationships. We have settled into our dysfunction and accepted it as ‘normal’. Due to many variables such as: the overwhelming cultural disconnect from our bodies, religious ideas, family patterns, traumatic experiences and even simply physical pain, we have blocked the natural flow of energy in our bodies.

Worse, often the modalities we turn to for support simply teach us coping mechanisms, allowing us to avoid the problem and set the pattern in even more deeply. We have lost our ability to touch, taste and experience life fully and the simple truth is that our body holds the key to unlock what has been keeping us isolated.

Tantra empowers us by bringing us back into relationship with our bodies, allowing us to wake up to the genuine power & sweetness of this precious human life.

All of the answers that we are longing for and seeking outside of ourselves reside within our bodies.

Through simple practices using breath, movement, sound & guided visualization we begin to re-sensitize to our world. Allowing us to come into relationship with all things.

It is for that reason that I have such a focused intention around creating community. Because it is through community that each of these relationships – with ourselves, with our partner, even with the divine – can be fully explored.

It is also the community that supports each of us through our exploration of this new way of being, and experiencing the world.
